Co-Lab Series - Blackberry Gin

A new gin recipe with a mix of botanicals and hand foraged blackberries from Mount Compass. Key Botanicals include:

• Juniper

• Red Juniper

• Elder flower

• Elder Berry

• Lemon Peel

• Orange Peel

The final product has been cut with 100% blackberry juice, to craft a dark & fruity gin. Best served with ginger ale or lemonade but also pairs well with a quality tonic water
